Job summary

Wireless Logic is hiring a Customer Success Manager in Reading, UK. You will onboard new customers, drive adoption of products and services, and maintain strong client relationships. Regular reviews and proactive support will be part of your role, with structured induction to bring you up to speed.

Qualifications

At least 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role (sales, support or account management).
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Keep Salesforce and internal systems up to date.
Monitor activation and cancellations and coordinate with Account Managers.
Support Account Management on strategic/high revenue accounts and handle initial queries.
Drive resolution of customer issues, escalations and outages until resolved.
Manage post-sales onboarding and ensure orders progress on time.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (face-to-face or Teams).
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Feed customer feedback back into the business to improve the experience.
