• Previous invoicing experience preferred; training available.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and professional approach.

Responsabilités

• Generate and issue invoices for repairs, parts and services.
• Perform regular WIP checks to ensure invoicing is complete and timely.
• Answer invoice-related inquiries from customers with clear explanations.
• Collaborate with sales, service and parts teams to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Process warranty and contract invoicing and manage related queries.
• Support Warranty/Contracts Manager with documentation and procedures.
