RH Commercial Vehicles is seeking a Parts Advisor to join their Leicester team. The role focuses on helping customers select the right parts and ensuring accurate stock management.

You will work in a busy environment within the commercial vehicles sector, utilizing parts catalogues and sales skills to drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings knowledge of commercial vehicle parts, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under deadlines while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role, ideally within the commercial vehicles sector.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles parts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer first attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong IT skills and experience using parts catalogues, stock management and ordering systems,
• Problem solving mindset with attention to detail
• Natural ability to sell to customers
• Self-motivated to work on own initiative

What we're looking for...

You’ll really hit the ground running if you have…

• Experience working with the Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks product
• Experience working within a Renault Trucks or Isuzu Trucks dealership.
• Forklift Driver or HGV Drivers licence
