RH Commercial Vehicles is seeking an Invoice Clerk to join our Northampton team. You will generate invoices for vehicle repairs, parts and service, perform WIP checks and resolve invoice queries in a collaborative environment.

This office-based, full-time role requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook. Training will be provided for the right candidate with invoicing experience in a dealership setting.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
• Attention to detail with accurate data entry and invoice processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; good general computer literacy.
• Team player who can collaborate with sales, service and parts teams.
• Experience in invoicing is preferred, but training can be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and issue invoices for vehicle repairs, parts and service transactions.
• Perform regular WIP checks to ensure timely invoicing of completed jobs.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices with clear explanations.
• Collaborate with sales, service and parts to ensure smooth invoicing processes.
• Process warranty and contract invoicing and manage related queries and escalations.
• Support the Warranty and Contracts Manager with documentation and procedures.

The Challenge

As a customer service and invoicing clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

• Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices for vehicle repairs, parts, and service transactions, ensuring all details are accurate and comply with dealership policies.
• Carrying out regular WIP checks to ensure all completed jobs are invoiced promptly and nothing is left unbilled.
• Customer Communication: Address customer inquiries regarding invoice issues, providing clear and professional explanations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, service, and parts departments to ensure seamless invoicing processes.
• Invoice Queries: Handle and resolve internal and external queries regarding invoicing promptly and professionally, liaising with relevant departments to investigate and rectify issues.
• Warranty and Contract invoicing: Process and review warranty and contract claims. Managing warranty and contract claim rejections, ensuring timely resubmission or escalation as required.
• Warranty Assistance: Support the Warranty and Contracts Manager with queries and documentation while adhering to warranty and contract procedures.

The Day to Day:

• Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:15
• Office based only

• Experience in Invoicing: Previous experience in a similar role, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
