Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking an administrator for our Investor Services team on a 6-month contract based in Jersey. The role focuses on monitoring and reconciling data across AML and fund administration platforms to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will review change logs from core AML tools (Fenergo), reconcile records with NavOne, and maintain robust audit documentation. Strong Excel and data governance knowledge are essential, with exposure to SQL and data systems

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ finance industry experience (funds or data management).
• Experience in a highly controlled, data-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with multi-system data reconciliation and data quality assurance.
• Proven ability to manage large data volumes with accuracy and control.
• Experience with Fenergo, NavOne or similar platforms (desirable).
• Experience with data reconciliation tools and SQL (desirable).
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Understanding of data governance and internal controls.
• Excellent written communication and ability to document findings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily changes from AML platform, assess downstream impact on data integrity.
• Reconcile records across Fenergo and NavOne to identify discrepancies.
• Cleanse and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and compliance with governance standards.
• Enter data into NavOne and ensure processed data is validated and auditable.
• Collaborate with Investor Services to investigate root causes of discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed audit trails and documentation of reconciliation activities.
• Escalate critical data issues and participate in resolution discussions.
• Ensure compliance with data control procedures and regulatory requirements.
