Job summary

Gen II Fund Services in Jersey/UK area seeks an administrator with 1–2 years in financial services to support data management, invoicing, and board pack preparation. The role requires strong English, accuracy, and a proactive team approach.

Hybrid working is available with Agile Working practices. Training toward professional qualifications (CGI, STEP, Fund Administration) is encouraged and supported by the team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years+ experience in financial services.
• Sound academic background.
• Willingness to study towards professional qualifications such as CGI, STEP Foundation Certificate in International Trust Management, or Certificate/Diploma in Fund Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare covering letters and basic letters for review.
• CRM data review and edits to maintain data integrity.
• Prepare payment instructions with supporting documents.
• Monitor receipt of funds and provide confirmation.
• Prepare BCF and WIP reports for the team.
• Send invoices to clients.
• Maintain minutes and statutory filings for the team.
• Update schedules and team reports.
• Input tasks and complete delegated work.
• Arrange couriers and manage mail/document flow.
• Daily input of time on timesheet.
• Board pack preparation and distribution.
