Gen II Fund Services in Jersey is seeking a fund administrator to support NAV calculations and governance for a new open-ended fund class. The role covers administration, governance, regulatory compliance and daily NAV work with client portfolio oversight.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience and is pursuing ACCA/COA/CGI Level 4 or equivalent. Strong IT skills and a habit of using MS Office are essential for success in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ relevant industry experience.
• Studying towards ACCA, COA, CGI International Finance and Administration Level 4 or diploma in Fund Administration.
• Understanding of local finance industry and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of NAV calculations and financial statements preparation.

Responsabilités

• Administering a portfolio of clients.
• Provide client servicing in line with Gen II standards and guidelines.
• Managing regulatory documentation for clients.
• Prepare Net Asset Values (NAVs).
• Maintain and update client accounting records and reporting.
• Liaise with external contacts to obtain required information.
• Support ad hoc projects as required.
