Gen II Fund Services is seeking an AML/KYC Analyst to monitor and review client and investor documentation, ensuring compliance with policies. The role involves proactive due diligence, data filing, and preparation of management reporting.

Candidate should be fluent in English with strong communication skills, be capable of independent ownership of tasks, and contribute to a collaborative, distributed team environment in a hybrid/onsite Southampton setting.

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant AML/CFT experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a distributed team environment.
• Client-focused with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously with ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor incoming client and investor requests and respond proactively.
• Review client and investor KYC files timely in line with policy including setup and maintenance of reference data.
• Proactively review and monitor AML-KYC documentation received.
• Maintain up-to-date CDD and ODD files in the database with proper filing.
• Prepare internal and external management reporting and KPIs.
• Use AML sanction tools to review name matching and monitor sanctions lists, PEPs and adverse media checks.
• Escalate urgent and sensitive matters to management in a timely manner.
• Support internal and external audit reviews.
