Are you an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams?
We’re looking for someone to build upon our success to date by developing a high-performing, motivated sales team that meets our ambitious growth targets and embodies our values. You’ll be someone who can develop people through coaching, training, and performance management, and who remains resilient in the face of challenges and the evolving industry landscape.
WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING FOR...
We began as the first property podcast in 2013 and have since attracted a large, eager audience. Property Hub Invest now has a strong reputation, working with housebuilders and developers across the UK to deliver off-market buy-to-let opportunities.
We are a content-driven, marketing-led business with a significant reach, educating investors through our podcast (over 300,000 monthly downloads), leading property investment books, and active social channels.
We seek an experienced Sales Manager to help us achieve our growth ambitions.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will manage and expand the sales team, translating strategy into daily activities. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will coach, motivate, and manage investment sales consultants to meet their targets and KPIs, fostering deep client relationships to maximize lifetime value and brand advocacy.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We want a motivating manager with experience in consultative selling, client relationship development, and team leadership. You should have property experience (investment, property sales, lettings) and a background in managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
An understanding of the property investment market and investor needs is essential. Experience with projects, systems improvements, and Salesforce is advantageous.
You should be efficient, detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of analyzing financial and performance data. Tenacity, relationship-building skills, and adaptability are key qualities.
