TPL is working with an Investment Company to identify an Investment Manager based in the London office.

As the Investment Manager, you will play a key role in evaluating, managing, and delivering property investment opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established well funded property company who continue to deploy capital across sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting detailed investment memorandums to inform decision‑making.
  • Performing cashflow modelling and development appraisals for various projects.
  • Occupational underwriting, including liaising with letting agents and compiling lease comparables.
  • Supporting annual away day reporting to provide key insights on portfolio performance.
  • Assisting with property‑level due diligence for acquisitions and disposals.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 18 months’ experience as an analyst in a real estate‑linked business.
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis, cashflow modelling, and creating presentations.
  • A broad interest in commercial property, with exposure to investment transactions and a background in supporting teams within this sector.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a close‑knit, fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to excel in due diligence and reporting tasks.
