Funds-Axis Group Limited is seeking an Investment Compliance & Risk Analyst to oversee a portfolio of technology clients, ensuring high levels of service and regulatory compliance. You will manage daily processes, data quality, and reporting, while leading client governance calls and supporting quarterly AIFMD filings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of Funds-Axis technology solutions for a client portfolio.
• Lead weekly/monthly client calls and periodic visits in line with governance policies.
• Support quarterly AIFMD Annex IV reporting filings to required standards.
• Maintain up-to-date client documentation and conduct ad hoc data quality reviews.

Overview and Purpose of the Role

The Investment Compliance & Risk Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Funds-Axis Technology client relationships, ensuring delivery of a consistently high level of service to clients. You will be adaptable and hard-working, and demonstrate strong communication skills both in relations with your team and with the wider Funds-Axis business. You will deliver the support and the operational excellence in accordance with the Company Mission and Vision, and in a manner supportive of the Funds-Axis Values and Business Culture.

Key Responsibilities

• To manage all day-to-day aspects of the Funds-Axis technology solution and client relationship for a portfolio of clients, including in respect of (as applicable):
  • Regulatory rules
  • Investment compliance
  • Scheme mandates
  • Scheme and Portfolio Liquidity
  • AIFMD Annex IV reporting
  • Cash Flow Monitoring
• Performance of daily processes to a high standard, to include:
  • Data upload and exception investigation
  • Governance over successful completion of processes
  • Investigating compliance results
  • Client daily reporting
  • Daily data quality checking in Galaxy
• To ensure the highest standard of client relationship management, taking the lead on weekly and monthly calls and attending the quarterly call in line with Funds-Axis’ client governance policies, including periodic visits to client premises.
• To support quarterly AIFMD Annex IV reporting Filings to excellent standards and in accordance with the schedule set out by the Regulatory Reporting Team Lead.
• To ensure delivery of excellent customer service, including evidencing using workflow management tools in line with Funds-Axis’ policies
• Other
  • Logging SDP issues logs/projects as appropriate and maintaining up-to-date reports.
  • Ad hoc monthly data quality reviews
  • Maintain up-to-date procurement documents for your clients
  • Projects or other work as required
