Job summary

Funds-Axis Group Limited is seeking an Investment Compliance & Risk Analyst to oversee a portfolio of technology clients, ensuring high levels of service and regulatory compliance. You will manage daily processes, data quality, and reporting, while leading client governance calls and supporting quarterly AIFMD filings.

Qualifications

• Experience handling regulatory requirements for asset management or funds technology.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and governance calls.
• Ability to monitor and improve daily processes and data quality.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting such as AIFMD Annex IV filings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of Funds-Axis technology solutions for a client portfolio.
• Lead weekly/monthly client calls and periodic visits in line with governance policies.
• Support quarterly AIFMD Annex IV reporting filings to required standards.
• Maintain up-to-date client documentation and conduct ad hoc data quality reviews.
