Funds-Axis in Belfast seeks an Investment Compliance & Risk Analyst to manage client relationships and ensure high-level compliance and regulatory reporting. The role focuses on regulatory rules, investment compliance, and AIFMD reporting, with active client governance and data-quality responsibilities across funds technology services.

Responsibilities

• Complete quarterly AIFMD Annex IV reporting filings to high standards.
• Ensure service quality using workflow tools and maintain up-to-date client records.
• Log issues and perform monthly data quality reviews and maintain procure docs for clients.

Role Overview /Purpose of Job:

The Investment Compliance & Risk Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Funds-Axis Technology client relationships, ensuring delivery of a consistently high level of service to clients.

You will be adaptable and hard-working, and demonstrate strong communication skills both in relations with your team and with the wider Funds-Axis business.

You will deliver the support and the operational excellence in accordance with the Company Mission and Vision, and in a manner supportive of the Funds-Axis Values and Business Culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To manage all day-to-day aspects of the Funds-Axis technology solution and client relationship for a portfolio of clients, including in respect of (as applicable):
   • Regulatory rules
   • Investment compliance
   • Scheme mandates
   • Scheme and Portfolio Liquidity
   • AIFMD Annex IV reporting
   • Cash Flow Monitoring
2. Performance of daily processes to a high standard, to include:
   • Data upload and exception investigation
   • Governance over successful completion of processes
   • Investigating compliance results
   • Client daily reporting
   • Daily data quality checking in Highwire
3. To ensure the highest standard of client relationship management, taking the lead on weekly and monthly calls and attending the quarterly call in line with Funds-Axis’ client governance policies, including periodic visits to client premises.
4. To complete quarterly AIFMD Annex IV reporting Filings to excellent standards and in accordance with the schedule set out by the Regulatory Reporting Team Lead.
5. To ensure delivery of excellent customer service, including evidencing using workflow management tools in line with Funds-Axis’ policies
6. Other
   • Logging Zoho issues logs/projects as appropriate and maintaining up to date reports.
   • Adhoc Monthly data quality reviews
   • Maintain up to date procure documents for your clients
