Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK&I is seeking a motivated Stock & Systems Manager to lead stock integrity and system management across the Ryton-on-Dunsmore operation near Coventry. You will coach a team of stock clerks and a WMS specialist, ensuring accurate inventory and robust data across locations to meet client KPIs.

You will drive continuous improvement in WMS usage, reporting, and process efficiency while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring service levels are achieved.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management in a large, fast-paced logistics environment.
• Proven knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong cost control, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate a team of stock clerks and troubleshooters; oversee WMS Super User.
• Maintain stock integrity and ensure locations and system data are accurate.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with customers on stock accuracy, KPIs and SLAs.
