Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a proactive Warehouse Process Coordinator for our Burton upon Trent operation. You will lead a 15-person team, oversee daily planning, allocate resources, and drive performance against KPIs while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

You will use data and audits to identify improvements, coach staff, and ensure high-quality service to customers. This is a hands-on, front-line leadership role in a dynamic logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Coordination or supervisory exposure.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
• Comfortable working with data and good IT skills, especially Excel and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of around 15 colleagues, creating a positive, high-performing environment.
• Own day-to-day planning and organisation of the operation.
• Allocate workloads and monitor team performance; provide coaching and training.
• Drive continuous improvement and act on performance data and audits.
• Promote health and safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance across operation.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to meet customer requirements.
