Job summary

Rubix UKII is seeking a dynamic Stock & Replenishment Supervisor (Assistant Insite Manager) to join our team at a well-established customer site in Goole. The role blends operational duties with a focus on driving revenue growth and margin improvements across the supply chain.

You will manage inquiries and orders, deputise for the Insite Manager, maintain customer data, and collaborate with engineering, procurement and facilities managers to optimise stock, pricing, and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing or engineering environments in operational/commercial roles.
• Proven track record in industrial sales/customer-driven environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales enquiries and input orders into the system.
• Act as deputy for the Insite Manager in their absence.
• Maintain customer information within Rubix systems.
• Manage work orders from engineering.
• Handle stock availability, pricing, back orders, and delivery queries.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes.
• Build and develop relationships with customers to maximise orders and loyalty.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding stock availability, prices and delivery issues.
• Oversee general inventory management and stores responsibilities.
• Prepare customer reports for meetings.
