Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a Stock Administrator for its Desborough site on a full-time, permanent basis. Salary £27,299 per annum with rotating shifts 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday.

The role focuses on stock integrity, goods receipt, and using WMS to control stock accuracy. Key duties include liaising with management, managing pallet holds, updating pickfaces, investigating short shipments, and generating daily/weekly reports.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend/rework accordingly.
• Manage, in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team, the problem pallet area.
• Accurately amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity ensuring all checks are completed first.
• Responsible for managing the Hold and Release process.
• Assist in the management of the pallet database.
• Fully investigate and report accurately all short shipments.
• Completion of reports required on a daily and weekly basis.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
• Work with the Goods In team and assist with receipting process.
• Manage the booking in diary and liaise with hauliers/suppliers regarding late deliveries.
• Responsible for any additional responsibilities such as handovers, missing pallet investigations, damage control and samples.
