Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator at our Desborough site on a 9-12 month fixed term basis. The role supports day-to-day customer service operations, handling contracts and delivering a professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Salary ranges £26,500–£28,500 per year, with working hours Monday to Friday, starting between 8am and 10am and finishing between 4pm and 6pm.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Proficient with MS Office and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to peak periods and deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehousing or transport software systems is advantageous but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of the Customer Services operation.
• Provide outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Create monthly KPI packs for review meetings.
• Chase orders and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accuracy of SAP stock data and update systems.
