Job summary

Click Digital in Colnbrook is seeking a meticulous Stores & Logistics Coordinator to manage stock storage, receiving, inspection, and distribution for ongoing IT projects. You will keep precise inventory records, coordinate with project teams, and oversee the company vehicle fleet and test equipment, ensuring a clean, safe warehouse and compliant documentation.

This umbrella contract (Inside IR35) role requires strong Excel skills, a full driving licence, and good teamwork to support the on-site

Qualifications

• Previous experience in store management or a similar role is desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory management software is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• MS Excel experience and knowledge required.
• Must have a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials and products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Assist in ordering materials to replenish stock for projects.
• Manage stores equipment, PAT testing records, and COSHH compliance.
• Oversee fleet activities including weekly vehicle checks and service bookings.
