Job summary

Click Digital is seeking a Stores & Logistic Coordinator in Colnbrook to manage stock storage, organization, and distribution. You will handle incoming materials, maintain inventory records, and support the PM/PE onsite team with admin tasks.

The role also covers equipment and fleet maintenance, including PAT testing records, COSHH, and annual calibrations, with a focus on accurate reporting and organized operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in store management or a similar role is desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory management software is desirable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• MS Excel experience and knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect items, report discrepancies.
• Storage and Organization: Store items in designated locations, keep area clean and labelled.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records, conduct stock counts, assist in reordering.
