Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services in Crawley is seeking an organised Storesperson / Stores Coordinator to run the day-to-day stores operation. You will ensure materials, tools and equipment are received, stored and made available to engineers and site teams with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires experience in stores or stock control, good IT and communication skills, and a valid UK driving licence. Permanent, full-time position based in Crawley.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stores, warehouse, logistics or stock control.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good IT and communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage goods in and goods out, ensuring deliveries and stock movements are accurately recorded.
• Organise and maintain stock levels across the stores.
• Order materials, tools and equipment as required.
• Liaise with suppliers and track deliveries.
• Prepare materials, tools and equipment for engineers and site teams.
• Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep the stores organised, safe and efficient.
• Deliver materials and equipment to site when required.
• Support the wider team with general stores and logistics duties.
