Job summary

TXP in Coventry is seeking a meticulous Supply Chain Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments, stock control and warehouse operations on-site. This full-time contract role offers a day's rate up to £200 and requires hands-on logistics experience.

You will coordinate deliveries to engineers and customer sites, maintain inventory records, book couriers, support import and customs activities, and report on KPIs to keep operations running smoothly. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or inventory coordination.
• Strong stock control and inventory management.
• Experience booking and tracking shipments.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and inventory systems.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a hands-on warehouse environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound and outbound shipments across the UK
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying shortages or surpluses
• Coordinating deliveries to engineers and customer sites
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock reconciliations
• Booking and tracking couriers and hauliers
• Supporting import, customs and supplier liaison activities
• Coordinating warehouse and repair technician workloads
• Reporting on stock accuracy and operational KPIs
• Assisting with warehouse process improvements
• Supporting day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
