Job summary

Randstad UK in Maidenhead is looking for a Parts and Logistics Operative to ensure inventory integrity and smooth supply chain operations. The role involves liaising with international couriers and coordinating stock movements, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

The position is a 12-month contract with potential for extension, offering stability within a global company. A focus on accuracy and IT proficiency will help support service teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong IT and admin skills; inventory software experience is a plus.
• Organised and proactive approach to a busy workload.
• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Manage goods-in, pick/pack spare parts, and maintain stock accuracy.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with couriers and dispatch products across the site.
• Systems Management: Maintain electronic inventory system and log courier receipts.
• Specialist Handling: Coordinate return of defective parts and manage chemical waste registers.
