Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Goods In Coordinator to join the Coventry Building Society Arena operations team. You will oversee the receipt, inspection and recording of stock, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

You’ll work in a fast-paced venue environment, applying strong organisational and data-driven skills to maintain stock accuracy, support procurement and uphold safety standards across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience using procurement or inventory management systems.
• Strong stock control and stocktaking knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Highly organised, data-driven and numerate with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage goods receiving, ensure timely deliveries and accurate recording.
• Maintain stock control with stock movements, transfers, stocktakes and reporting.
• Support procurement and supply chain by liaising with suppliers and teams.
• Promote stock rotation, minimise waste and uphold safety standards.
• Provide system support and seek efficiency improvements across the supply chain.
