Legends Global is seeking a highly organised Goods In Coordinator to oversee stock receipt, control and distribution across the venue. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory records.

The role involves coordinating stock movements, supporting procurement, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A proactive mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using procurement or inventory management systems.
• Strong stock control and stocktaking knowledge.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and teams.
• Highly organised, data-driven and numerate with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and accountable with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage goods receiving process with on-time deliveries and accurate recording.
• Maintain stock control through stock movements, transfers and stocktakes.
• Support procurement and supply chain by coordinating with suppliers and teams.
• Promote stock rotation, minimise waste and comply with safety standards.
• Provide system support and identify efficiency and cost-control improvements across the chain.
