Job summary

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Sales to optimise stock, improve data quality, and drive business insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and advanced formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems (CIN7, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Sage).
• Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industries.
• Knowledge of DAX and Power Query.
• Familiarity with data modelling and BI best practices.
• Office-based with occasional remote work.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, customer focus, integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and storage locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability while minimizing excess.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP systems, Excel, SQL databases, and other business systems.
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory forecasting and reporting.
