SharkNinja in Leeds is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support inventory flow across our distribution network and balance supply for B2B, B2C and TTS channels. You will work closely with the Inventory Manager to route inbound stock, rebalance across centres, and monitor capacity and risks.

Responsibilities

• Support routing of inbound containers to distribution centres, considering demand and warehouse capacity.
• Manage inventory positioning across B2B, B2C and TTS channels to support availability and sales plans.
• Monitor stock levels, weeks of supply and inbound deliveries to identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Coordinate stock transfers between distribution centres, markets and channels.
• Manage day-to-day B2C and TTS inventory, highlighting availability risks and ensuring correct fulfilment location.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Inbound teams to identify capacity constraints and delays.
• Support inventory allocation decisions during periods of constrained supply.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Planning, Order Management and Logistics for end-to-end visibility.
• Act as first point of contact for stock availability queries.
• Produce regular reporting and KPI updates, highlighting risks and bottlenecks.
• Use data to recommend actions and improvements to inventory processes.
