Job summary

Pirtek UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to ensure inventory accuracy, availability and efficient stock management across the network. You will report to the Procurement Manager and collaborate with Procurement, Operations and Finance to optimise stock levels and processes.

The role focuses on stock reconciliation, monitoring movements, reducing nil-stock situations and supporting demand planning, with NetSuite as the core system.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control, stock management or supply chain is essential.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience handling inventory records and reconciliation in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across Pirtek UK & Ireland.
• Monitor stockholding to ensure appropriate levels of inventory are maintained.
• Balance product availability against stockholding and working capital requirements.
• Monitor inventory movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory efficiency and accuracy.
