Job summary

CVUK is seeking an Inventory Manager to maintain stock control across the retail estate. The role demands strong attention to detail and proactive stock accuracy improvements, supporting Retail Operations, Finance, and Logistics.

You will oversee stock files, coordinate stock takes, and drive data-driven enhancements to storage and reporting while collaborating with IT and Finance to minimise stock loss.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong IT capability.
• Experience working with ERP systems and producing reports.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor stock files and stock control processes to ensure data integrity.
• Manage the store stock take schedule with Retail Operations and external partners.
• Support system and store preparation for stock takes, including coordinating processes during the event.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Maintain regular communication with stores and coordinate stock transfers when required.
