Job summary

Osteotec is seeking an Inventory Controller and Business Analyst to manage inventory across UK, Ireland, and Nordics while delivering data-driven insights. You will build Power BI dashboards, report on revenue and performance, and partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality and Sales to optimise stock and processes.

The role offers an office-based environment with some flexibility for remote work, ideal for a detail-oriented analyst looking to progress in a regulated medical device

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline (essential).
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI and strong Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
• Ability to analyse data, report findings, and develop dashboards for business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and storage locations.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP systems, Excel, SQL databases, and other sources.
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support forecasting and reporting improvements.
