Rexel UK is hiring an Inventory Administrator on an 8-month fixed-term basis at our Aylesbury Distribution Centre. You will support the inventory and warehouse operations, keep stock data accurate, and ensure up-to-date information for the operational teams to deliver service.

The role suits those who enjoy data, problem-solving and maintaining orderly processes. Shift is 06:00–14:30, Monday to Friday, with career development from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System.
• Previous inventory or stock control experience advantageous but not essential.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the Inventory and Operations teams with day-to-day administration
• Maintaining accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Helping with stock checks, cycle counts, and stock validation
• Assisting with stock transfers and rotation controls
• Producing reports and supporting inventory analysis
• Highlighting discrepancies and helping drive corrective action
• Supporting communication of process changes across the site
• Assisting with WMS training for new and existing colleagues
• Working with teams across the site to improve processes and solve problems
