Job summary

Rexel UK Ltd is hiring an Inventory Administrator at the Aylesbury Distribution Centre on a fixed-term basis. You will help manage warehouse data, ensure stock accuracy, and support the inventory team with day-to-day operations.

The role focuses on maintaining WMS data, stock checks, reporting, and process improvements, with a Monday–Friday AM shift. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System.
• Inventory or stock control experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong admin and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical skills and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive, proactive and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Support Inventory and Operations with day-to-day admin.
• Maintain accurate data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, and stock validation.
• Support stock transfers and rotation controls.
• Produce reports and support inventory analysis.
• Highlight discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate process changes across the site.
• Assist with WMS training for colleagues.
• Collaborate with site teams to improve processes.
