Rexel UK is seeking an Inventory Administrator for an 8-month fixed-term contract at the Aylesbury Distribution Centre. You will support the smooth running of warehouse and inventory processes, ensuring stock data accuracy and providing teams with up-to-date information to deliver excellent service.

The role requires strong administrative skills, experience with a Warehouse Management System, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration for Inventory and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist with stock checks, cycle counts and stock validation.
• Help with stock transfers and rotation controls.
• Produce reports and support inventory analysis.
• Highlight discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Communicate process changes across the site.
• Assist with WMS training for new and existing colleagues.
• Collaborate with teams across the site to improve processes.

We are delighted to announce that we have a 8 month Fixed Term opening within the Inventory Team as aInventory Administrator at ourAylesbury Distribution Centre.

This role will support anyone looking to develop their skills within the warehouse operation and gain an insight to how the inventory team supports the operation and business.

This opening falls within the AM Shift 06:00 - 14:30, across the standard Monday to Friday working week.

As aInventory Administrator,you’ll support the smooth running of our warehouse and inventory processes, helping to ensure stock data is accurate, systems are up to date, and operational teams have the information they need to deliver great service.
