Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking an Inventory Administrator to support warehouse operations with accurate stock data and up-to-date systems. You will collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth processes and timely information delivery.

The role requires strong administration, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office. You’ll contribute to stock checks, cycle counts, and data validation while helping implement process improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System.
• Previous inventory or stock control experience advantageous but not essential.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good numerical skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, proactive and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Inventory and Operations teams with day-to-day administration.
• Maintaining accurate data within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Helping with stock checks, cycle counts, and stock validation.
• Assisting with stock transfers and rotation controls.
• Producing reports and supporting inventory analysis.
• Highlighting discrepancies and helping drive corrective action.
• Supporting communication of process changes across the site.
• Assisting with WMS training for new and existing colleagues.
• Working with teams across the site to improve processes and solve problems.
