Rexel UK is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to join the team at our Aylesbury Distribution Centre. You will ensure stock accuracy, optimise storage and warehouse systems to support service targets.

As a WMS super‑user, you will coach colleagues, lead cycle counts, coordinate stock transfers and help implement system changes. The role has a tangible impact on stock losses, space utilisation and overall operations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Able to translate count data into practical improvements.
• Experience working with shift teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain WMS data integrity to optimise stock levels and planning.
• Lead cycle count programs and translate results into corrective actions.
• Coordinate stock transfers and rotations to protect quality and availability.
• Support UAT and act as a super-user for WMS improvements.
• Train operational teams on WMS use and inventory best practices.
• Monitor data capture and resolve inaccuracies for audit readiness.
• Drive layout, housekeeping and health-check routines for efficiency.
• Escalate risks and advise management on performance issues.
• Champion SHEQ standards and ensure safety and quality procedures.
