Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop is seeking a proactive Stock Control / Replenishment Clerk to join our warehouse operation. You will analyse demand patterns, monitor stock availability and manage replenishment to maintain optimal stock flow and service levels.

The role requires experience with SAP and Excel, strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. You will work Monday to Friday with early and late shifts on a weekly rotation at Manton Wood.

Qualifications

• Analysing historical demand, forecast data and operational trends using SAP and other warehouse management systems.
• Monitor demand patterns, promotional activity, seasonal peaks and volume fluctuations to ensure product availability is maintained.
• Investigating stock availability issues and taking corrective action to minimise operational disruption.
• Supporting warehouse operations by ensuring the correct stock is available in picking locations to maintain operational flow.
• Reviewing reports within The View to monitor: Empty picking location availability; Demand requirements for Days 1-7; Unassigned picking locations; Pick faces without demand.

Responsibilities

• Analyse stock demand and replenish according to forecasts.
• Maintain stock availability in picking locations.
• Investigate stock shortages and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to optimise stock flow.
