Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop is seeking a proactive Stock Control / Replenishment Clerk to ensure stock is available where and when needed, supporting operational efficiency and top-tier service. You will analyse demand patterns and manage replenishment to maintain smooth stock flow.

You will work with warehouse teams using SAP and Excel, contributing to inventory control and proactive issue resolution in a rotating shift pattern.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret inventory, demand and trends.
Experience using warehouse management systems, SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Proactively monitor inventory levels and replenishment activity.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Work independently and as part of a wider operational team.

Responsibilities

Analysing historical demand, forecast data and operational trends using SAP and other warehouse management systems.
Monitoring demand patterns, promotional activity, seasonal peaks and volume fluctuations to ensure product availability is maintained.
Investigating stock availability issues and taking corrective action to minimise operational disruption.
Supporting warehouse operations by ensuring the correct stock is available in picking locations to maintain operational flow.
Reviewing reports within The View to monitor demand requirements for Days 1-7, empty picking locations, and pick faces with/without demand.
