Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop is seeking a Stock & Admin Clerk for weekend shifts to maintain accurate stock records and support warehouse operations. You will handle stock control, process goods movements in the WMS and investigate discrepancies to ensure audit compliance.

The role requires strong attention to detail, good IT skills (MS Office and WMS experience), and the ability to work independently with proactive problem-solving and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Previous stock control experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and WMS; knowledge of JDA/Blue Yonder desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Attention to detail and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily stock control activities to ensure accurate inventory management and the smooth flow of stock.
• Process goods receipts, returns, and stock movements accurately and efficiently within the Warehouse Management System.
• Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring physical stock levels are reflected in system data.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes and supporting corrective actions.
• Support warehouse compliance by completing stock audits and ensuring processes are followed.
