Job summary

Rexel UK is seeking a System & Process Administrator at our Aylesbury Distribution Centre. You will support the Warehouse Management System (WMS), maintain data accuracy, resolve system issues, and help run day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently.

Working Monday to Friday on the 14:00-22:30 PM shift, you'll collaborate with operations and IT colleagues to implement process improvements and deliver reliable data-driven insights that support daily performance and continuous

No formal qualifications required; successful candidate will be assessed on behaviours and potential.

Responsibilities

Support the administration and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other operational systems.
Maintain item master data and warehouse location records to ensure data accuracy.
Monitor stock synchronisation across systems and identify discrepancies for investigation.
Provide first-line support to warehouse users, resolving routine system and process queries.
Log, track and elevate system issues to appropriate support teams.
Produce regular operational and system reports, highlighting exceptions and errors.
Assist with root cause investigations into system and process issues.
Support testing and implementation of system upgrades, changes and new processes.
Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data quality, system performance and operational efficiency.
Provide administrative support to the wider operational team as required.
