Martin Brower UK & Ireland is seeking an Inventory Administrator to join our distribution centre in Darlington. This full-time, on-site role features a 4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern and a £14.94 per hour salary.

• Experience in administration, stock control, data entry or clerical support.
• Experience with warehouse management systems or similar business systems.
• Clear, professional communication with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for goods-in, stock control, and warehouse operations, ensuring information is accurately recorded in the system.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and appointments with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies and support improvements.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock reporting and new product introductions to ensure inventory integrity.
• Produce operational and KPI reports to support decision-making and service performance.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse and Transport teams to resolve issues and maintain service standards.
• Support effective handovers and team briefings across shifts.
