Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator for our Panattoni Park site on a full-time permanent basis. The role will ensure all admin duties are carried out accurately and coordinate with customer systems to keep operations running smoothly.

Salary is £26,693 per annum with working hours 4 on 4 off, days from 6am to 6pm. Key duties include PID checks, maintaining WMS alignment, investigating complaints, logging stock movements, and supporting colleagues with

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Office platform knowledge.
• Pro-active attitude to problem solving.
• Team player attitude.
• Previous admin/stock control experience.
• Experience SAP and WMS systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily PID checks.
• Compliance of customer system to mirror our WMS system.
• Investigation into customer complaints.
• ADHOC slot allocation and booking log compliance.
• RDT direct system uploads.
• Audit traceability exercise completion.
• System updates to include but not limited to damaged stock, pallet reworks.
• Conducting investigation and control depot KPIs.
• Supporting warehouse colleagues with WMS system issues.
