Job summary

Univar Solutions is seeking an Export Trade Coordinator based in the UK, Cadishead or Widnes, with a hybrid working pattern requiring at least 3 days in the office. You will coordinate end-to-end export shipments and prepare all export documentation in line with customs and dangerous goods rules.

Qualifications

• Experience in an international trade department or freight forwarding preferred.
• English language proficiency required; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export shipments to international destinations.
• Prepare and manage export documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers and internal teams for compliant shipments.
• Complete customs declarations and ensure ADR/IMDG/IATA compliance where required.
• Maintain records for customs and AEO requirements.
• Support audits and continuous improvement of export processes.
