Job summary

Univar Europe Ltd. is hiring an Export Trade Coordinator, based in Cadishead or Widnes with a hybrid working pattern requiring at least 3 days in office.

You will coordinate end-to-end export shipments, manage documentation, and liaise with freight forwarders to ensure compliant, timely delivery of chemical products. The role reports to the International Trade Services Manager and requires strong English language skills and experience in international trade or freight forwarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in international trade or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work across Sales, Account Management, Production and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export shipments to international destinations with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and manage all export documentation.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely, compliant shipments.
• Coordinate customs declarations and ensure compliance with ADR/IMDG/IATA regulations where required.
• Support audits and maintain records in line with customs and AEO requirements.
