WTW is seeking an ambitious client service leader to head our International Business Unit within the GB Retail business. Based in London or Ipswich, the role combines leadership with strategic growth responsibilities and a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

You will lead a portfolio of clients, drive cross-selling, and oversee recruitment and development across the team. The role is hybrid, offering flexibility and a pathway to senior leadership within WTW.
