Job summary

WTW in Ipswich is hiring a Client Service Executive for our GB Retail business. You will provide outstanding client service to a diverse portfolio across industries, building strong relationships with stakeholders and managing coverage across Property Damage, Liability, Motor, and other commercial lines.

You’ll operate in a hybrid role with 2–3 days home working, collaborating with colleagues across offices and markets while developing risk management solutions and driving client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering outstanding client service.
• Thorough technical knowledge of Commercial Insurance programmes including but not limited to Property Damage/Business Interruption, Liability, and Motor Insurance
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage your workload and balance competing priorities.
• Team player who works effectively in various teams.
• Working towards or have gained a Dip CII.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Understand client’s business and risk management needs, establish and maintain active relationships with primary Stakeholders and decision-makers, and deliver profitable business solutions.
• Placement Management: Optimize revenue from new and existing clients using a range of placement channels and markets.
• Operational & Service Delivery: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and markets to maximize service delivery levels.
