Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Global Specialist (Multinational Insurance) to deliver exceptional client service for multinational accounts and support for new and existing business. The role is hybrid and can be based in Ipswich or London, working with insurers, brokers and client operations to align local and global programmes.

The role emphasizes strategic renewal planning, local tariff and wording nuances, and knowledge sharing within the Multinational GB Team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with clients and insurers.
• Able to analyse situations and provide practical recommendations.
• Experience with processes and systems supporting client service delivery.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation.
• Holds or is working towards ACII qualification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client service for allocated multinational clients and support new/existing business.
• Set annual service plans for multinational clients and tailor renewal strategies.
• Coordinate with insurers and brokers on local vs global policy requirements.
• Communicate programme status to broker networks and client operations.
• Mentor junior team members within the Multinational GB Team.
