Job summary

WTW is seeking a Client Services Manager to join our service delivery team in the UK. You will ensure the delivery of operational services in line with budgets, compliance and client expectations, while leading a matrix team and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and budgeting skills, with a record of delivering excellent client service across large, complex operations. Hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

• Education to A level or equivalent industry experience.
• ACII or working towards qualification is desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service.
• Experience leading large matrix teams and managing budgets.
