Job summary

Cameron James is recruiting an Internal Sales Executive for the Warwick area. The role focuses on converting leads generated by a market-facing engine, with full administrative and technical backing to help close insurance deals.

You will be supported by a strong marketing machine and an Account Handler to handle paperwork. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial insurance sales, a hunter mentality, and a drive to achieve targets, with study support towards Cert CII and

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance sales or sales in an FCA regulated environment.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality with strong rapport-building over the phone.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals using a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Leverage provided leads and marketing support to close new business.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline in Warwick and surrounding areas.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth process from lead to policy issuance.
