Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial insurance sales or FCA-regulated environments.
• Hunter mindset with ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Aiming to progress technical knowledge and professional status.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals via consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-velocity pipeline with provided leads and admin support.
• Convert warm opportunities into new business with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with marketing and back-office teams to drive renewals and cross-sell.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and achieve quarterly targets.
