Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Convert enquiries into sales and identify opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships through communication.
• Follow up quotations and opportunities to maximise conversions.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline using CRM.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Work with internal teams to ensure outstanding service.
• Support repeat business through account management.
